After being postponed due to the weather the Witney Motor Show 2012 finally took place on the 26th of June. Car enthusiasts from all over Oxfordshire came to the show to see the diverse range of vehicles on display. Steve Boyle from the Witney Motor Club talked to us about the event and spoke to a few of the exhibitors that had bought their cars along for the show.
On Thursday the 5th of July from 6pm, dozens of classic cars and motorbikes will descend on the Henry Box Playing Fields on Ducklington Lane in Witney for the 46th Witney Motor Show.

Cassington Bike Night is organised by St Peter’s School Parents & Teachers Association with all funds raised going to village charities. We sent over Steve Boyle and Mike Leahy to see what it was all about.
Banger Racing in Oxfordshire gets going again in 2012 with one of the biggest meets of the year, The Heavy Metal Challenge 2012. Steve Boyle and the team head over to Standlake Arena to have a chat with some of the drivers and to see what happens on and off the track. We also chat to Keith Hook who runs the arena about the day and stick around for the Demolision Derby's at the end.

We do keep it local but at the start of the year, and we mean the start, January 3rd! There wasn't a lot going on in the shire so we took the cameras out for a trip to Andrew Greenwoods Classic Car & Bike Show at Newbury Racecourse. Lots of Mini and VW owners came along to show of their pride and joy's at Andrew Greenwood's show held at Blenheim Palace in 2010. We spoke to main man about his shows and a few of the owners. Nathan Dale, member of Oxfordshire based Volkswagen club 'Oxdubz' organised a rolling round day at Bob Watson Porsche, Middle Aston to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. We went along to see the action and speak to all involved. We must point out that no VW's were harmed in this video. Enjoy!
